STAYING ON TIME IS IMPORTANT TO US

• Prioritisation is very important when you see your GP

• Always start with your main concern

• New patients are automatically allocated a 30 minute double appointment

• If you have to discuss multiple (more than 2) or more complex issues with your Doctor, please book a 30 minute double appointment to ensure you and your Doctor have enough time together

• Please be sure to ask for all scripts and referrals required during your appointment. Another appointment may be required if you forget to ask your Doctor for something during your appointment

• If more than one person is to see the Doctor, please book a separate appointment for each person

• Events such as medical emergencies and technical issues can affect our waiting times, on these occasions we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our friendly Reception team will always do their best to help manage these situations
