Practice Billing Policy

We are a Private Billing Practice, and payment is required on the day of your consultation.

  • Children under 16 years will be Bulk Billed during standard business hours only.

  • A reduced fee is available for Concession Card Holders for Standard and Long GP consultations.

  • All other Bulk Billing is at the discretion of the individual doctor and is also limited to standard business hours.

  • Phone consultations are billed the same as in-person consultation with payment due on the day.

Please note: We do not Bulk Bill any After-Hours consultations (after 6:00 PM).

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least two (2) hours in advance via the Health Engine app or by calling the clinic.

A $60.00 missed appointment fee will apply if sufficient notice is not provided. Early cancellation allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need of care.
