CLINICAL EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
OUR SERVICES
Exercise Physiology is the study of how your body reacts to and benefits from physical activity. It looks at the changes that happen inside your body when you exercise and how these changes can improve your overall health and fitness.
Exercise Physiologists are trained professionals who use this knowledge to create safe and effective exercise programs. They work with a wide range of people—from those managing chronic conditions, injuries, or disabilities, to athletes looking to boost their performance. Our qualified team will assess each person’s individual needs, risks, and goals to design safe, evidence-based exercise plans that support long-term management and better outcomes.
Medicare rebates are available with a valid EPC (Chronic Condition) referral from your GP. Private Health Fund rebates are available through HICAPS for private patients, depending on your level of cover. For more information please contact your Private Health Fund directly.
